I’m a legal resident of Oregon! The Oregon DMV took my PA license and destroyed it. During the process the woman who’s job it was to destory it said: “Boy, these Pennsylvania licenses sure are tough!” I just thought to myself: “Damn right bitch! Philly style.” Heh.
